Blow dry hair using a large round brush. Using a large Cloud 9 wand, twist the hair counter clockwise. Allow the hair to cool. Apply 2-3 drops of serum and gently fingered through the waves. Comb the waves into place and finish with Kim Kimble Retrospective Workable Hairspray to set a Hollywood Red Carpet finish."
